All transportation, eco-friendly cleaning supplies or materials and cleaning equipment are supplied and brought to your home, by our crews.
“VIP Service” request, these provides you and our crews, with stability, responsibility and quality control, plus it also guarantees and rewards YOU, our loyal clientele with a low cost, comprehensive service for a full year or more.
Any other service as is, extra window care, after party cleaning, or any other special request, etc; can be provided and is available for a reasonable additional cost “on the same day of your regular scheduled basic service”, this minimizes not only scheduling conflicts for our clients and crews, lowers our transportation cost but mostly it help us keep, your regular service cost down!
So please remember your service can be Customized, Basic, A la`Carte, Spring or Major, Vacancy or Eviction Condition. Window washing is available separately or with any of our “Ready to Go” packages.

Personal or Company Checks, Major Credit Cards, Cashiers Checks & Cash are Welcome.
Cancellation or re-scheduling fees will be applied if changes or cancellations are received with in less than 48 business hours. Cancellations of appointments taken under this time frame will have a pro-rated grace period. A $45.00 fee will apply for any NSF returned checks / charge backs.
Please DO NOT be discouraged by our “Cancellation Policy”, we won’t deny that “It’s tough” but that is because we also provide you and your home with “the best quality of work and laborers”.
